Riverwalk Landing RV & Cottage Resort — Reviews

It’s not a 55+ as advertised, young couples and kids everywhere. They were absolutely no problem, it’s just misleading. We needed to do a late check out and they were very understanding and let us go over the checkout time. Large sites, very clean, but Wi-Fi was very limited.

Clean and quiet location. Easy in and out, would stay again. Great experience.

Beautiful and quiet campsite very large, however gave us the wrong passcode for Internet. No one around all weekend to answer any questions or help us solve this problem had to ask a neighbor for the proper passcode then Internet was very, very poor to say the least. Most of the people we spoke to were not even use it. We wanted to do a late checkout, however responded to their email they sent us and no one responded at all to that either. They did threaten us with a $50 charge for wristbands if we did not return them to them before we left the scenes very petty also. Most likely we will not return.

No staff. Office closed on arrival at noontime on Thursday. Dog park could use a couple of seats while dogs play. Good pool and pool house. Overall stay was good.

The park was clean, quiet and close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. We would stay there again.

Ease of check in. Cleanliness of the property.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Rani was amazing and made sure to makenourbstay enjoyable and smooth. We will stay again soon as we go down a few times a year.

Nice campsite. However, not advertised the best. Pool was the far side of the site. Site suggests picnic table but no table. Showers were far away and only one shower for the whole site. Washing machines were dirty. We were a late check in. Site advised all late check in’s. Package will be in the box. No check in package in the box.

Newer park with level concrete pads. Nice landscaping with room for the dogs to run. Check-in was automated and easy.

Clean, staff friendly and helpful. Very peaceful atmosphere. Pool clean and the whole area.

We have stayed at Riverwalk Landing the past 3 winters. Rani the campground manager has taken great care in making sure we have everything we need during our stays. The laundry facilities are nice as well as the clubhouse. I would recommend this campground for snowbirds. The cottages are also nice if you need a place to stay if you don’t have a camper.

Our camp spot was well set up and maintained , the convenience of laundry , showers , pool were very nice.. the Wi-Fi was spotty the traffic was busy thru the campground . Renee was very helpful and attentive.

When we got there the cottage was not ready at 4:15 and was supposed to be ready by 4. When we went to bed the bedding was caked in dog hair & smelled bad, the bedding was not washed. I called and left messages to get a call back then went to the store to buy all new sheets and blankets. Waiting to get reimbursed for that. When I spoke to the manager we heard every excuse possible. She came the next day and didn’t finish washing the bedding till that night. It took a week for the other manager to return my call and she didn’t seem too concerned but she said she will speak with the owner. Still haven’t heard back from anyone. I will never stay there again. The only thing that was nice was the pool which wasn’t in walking distance. Very unprofessional and dirty place.

Clean, spacious, well taken care of sites. All the laundry, bath, and pool facilities are brand new. Definitely a place we'd visit again.

Well maintained and everyone was super nice and helpful. Clubhouse had exercise equipment, pool table and shuffle board table plus board games and puzzles etc. Nice pool area but not able to use during our stay (not heated). Laundry room had 2 washer and dryers and area to sit and watch tv.

Loud music from truss company next door all day.
