    We also offer monthly rates year round. Call to book your monthly stay! Our spacious premium cottages provide two bedrooms, plus a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests. These modern rentals are beautifully decorated and include furnishings, flat screen cable TV, WiFi access, a full bathroom, and kitchen with full size appliances, coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware and washer and dryer. Linens are provided. There is also a covered porch with a table and chairs and a concrete driveway for easy parking. *A refundable security deposit of $750 for monthly, $100 for weekly, and one night for daily reservations is due upon check-in and will be credited upon inspection of damage. Monthly rentals are available year round. Use of Riverwalk Landing clubhouse, pool and all amenities included. Please note there is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside of cottages or surrounding areas.

    It’s not a 55+ as advertised, young couples and kids everywhere. They were absolutely no problem, it’s just misleading. We needed to do a late check out and they were very understanding and let us go over the checkout time. Large sites, very clean, but Wi-Fi was very limited.

    Beautiful and quiet campsite very large, however gave us the wrong passcode for Internet. No one around all weekend to answer any questions or help us solve this problem had to ask a neighbor for the proper passcode then Internet was very, very poor to say the least. Most of the people we spoke to were not even use it. We wanted to do a late checkout, however responded to their email they sent us and no one responded at all to that either. They did threaten us with a $50 charge for wristbands if we did not return them to them before we left the scenes very petty also. Most likely we will not return.
