Tucked into the little Texas town of Terlingua, Roadrunner Travelers offers a paradise for explorers, travelers and adventurers. The property is surrounded by opportunities. Big Bend National Park, Big Bend Ranch State Park and Terlingua Ghost Town is all within driving distance. The campground is located on 40 acres right in the heart of Study Butte and all spots have excellent views of Bee Mountain. Terlingua is also a Dark Skies Region with excellent conditions for star gazing. Come visit to fall in love with this little Texas town!

This site is also an easy stroll to our dog park and community area that has a large fire ring, picnic tables and a grill you are welcome to use.

Boondocking

BOONDOCKING - NO HOOKUPS | WE DO NOT HAVE RESTROOMS OR BATH HOUSE ON SITE | These Boondocking sites has no electricity. No hookups available. We have a water and dump station on-onsite so you can fill water an dump at your convince. These are no frill sites, with just a safe area to park your rig | Each site has excellent views of Bee & Maverick Mountains and has plenty of space to set up some camp chairs to enjoy the desert air. These sites are very close to our community area that has a large fire ring, picnic tables and a grill you are welcome to use. You will not have a private fire pit or picnic table at your site | PLEASE NOTE: Non-Designated Boondocking Sites are further away from the main sites. The reservation holds guarantees you a spot, but not in a specific location; you just choose once you arrive from a large boondocking area. There is no need to lock this site in. They have no gravel pad. This is a no frills site. WiFi does not work as well in these spots.

Fairly large RV park with a mix of long term and short term campers. Gravel lot with lots of places to walk the dog. Full hooks but no shade. Place was very well kept. Easy access to Big Bend. Felt safe staying here. No complaints-would stay here again.

Great location in Terlingua, convenient entrance to the west side of Big Bend national Park and close to Big Bend Ranch State Park. The park is very clean and maintained. Nice dessert plantings around the park.

Our stay at the Roadrunner Travelers Campground was amazing. We stayed there last year and couldn't wait to return again this year. It is a wonderful RV campground close to all the action in Terlingua and the Big Bend area. I would highly recommend!!
