Terms & Conditions for the Roberts Centre RV Park

Site Information & Reservations

The Roberts Centre RV Park offers 24 Full Hookup Sites and 2 Full Hookup Sites with No Sewer. All additional RV parking is considered Dry Parking, where no hookups are available.

All RV guests must register and pay in advance. Site availability is first come, first served.

Please note:

  • Registered RV guests do not have access to the hotel fitness center, pool, or bathing facilities.

  • Early check-in and late check-out cannot be accommodated. Please plan your arrival and departure according to the standard check-in and check-out times.

The Roberts Centre RV Park reserves the right to adjust pre-assigned spaces on the day of arrival based on RV size and utility connection locations.

Parking Guidelines

  • Only one personal vehicle (sedan or SUV) is permitted per reserved RV site.

  • Please park considerately, allowing sufficient space for slide-outs, awnings, and your additional vehicle.

  • RVs must not be parked within 6 feet of Roberts Road or in front of the designated RV site area. This policy is strictly enforced for guest safety.

  • Reserving spaces with cones, ropes, string, mats, x-pens, or other items is not permitted.

Site Care & Cleaning

Guests are responsible for maintaining their site during their stay and leaving it in the same condition upon departure.

Before checking out:

  • Dispose of all trash, waste, bedding, and personal items.

  • Use the dumpster located adjacent to the RV Park for all trash disposal.

Failure to properly clean the site may result in a $75 excessive cleaning fee.

Packages

If you plan to ship packages before or during your stay, please notify the Front Desk at the Holiday Inn Roberts Centre in advance. Storage and handling fees may apply.

Pets

Pets are welcome; however:

  • Please prevent excessive barking.

  • Clean up after your pet at all times.

Cleaning fees will apply if trash or pet waste is not properly disposed of.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed nightly from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
This includes loud music, outdoor gatherings, and excessive pet noise.

Fire & Safety Regulations

  • Self-contained propane fire rings and propane grills are permitted.

  • All flames must be fully extinguished before bedtime.

  • Fire-related equipment must never be left unattended.

  • Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Liability

Holiday Inn Wilmington, Roberts Convention Centre, Columbus Hospitality Management, and R+L Investments are not responsible for fire, theft, loss of personal property, acts of God, or other incidents occurring during your stay.

Guests assume all risks and are responsible for any property damage. RV guests are required to carry their own insurance.

Important Notice – Seasonal Hookups

Water and Sewer hookups will not be available until March 15, 2026.

Reservations for dates prior to March 15, 2026 will include electric hookup only.
