No one except you and/or Rock Island RV Park can alter your Reservation. Thank you for staying with us!

By accepting this reservation, Guest and any of their party hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Rock Island RV Park, LLC for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Park Site. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rock Island RV Park, LLC all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Rock Island RV Park, LLC incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Park Site. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Rock Island RV Park, LLC reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State Sexual Offender Registration Program. Guest acknowledges that If they book a site for 30 days or less than they are not a tenant of the park and may not establish residency at the park. If a guest is asked to leave at any point before 30 days and refuse to do so then they are trespassing.

Guest Conduct & Noise Policy

To ensure a high-quality experience for all our guests, we maintain a policy regarding noise

and behavior.

1. Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Friday-Saturday

• During this time, all outdoor televisions, music, and loud conversations must be turned

off or moved inside your rig.

• Generators must remain off during these hours unless otherwise authorized for

emergency use.

• Regardless of the time of day, noise should not travel

beyond your immediate campsite.

• Disruptive Behavior: Public disturbances—including but not limited to screaming, loud

arguing, or the use of profanity that can be heard by neighbors—are strictly prohibited.

• Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly campground, but pets MUST be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets.

 Excessive Barking: Owners are responsible for their pets at all times. Constant or

excessive barking that disturbs other guests (day or night) is considered a noise violation.

• Containment: Pets must be on a leash when outside. If a pet displays aggressive

behavior toward other guests or animals, you may be asked to remove the pet from the

park immediately

• Right of Refusal: Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or request

the removal of any guest whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the peace and safety of

the park.
