Campground Rules

Quiet time 11:00 pm to 8:00 am
Music must be kept at reasonable levels and shut off by 11:00pm
Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your campsite.
Pets are permitted for visits under 14 days.
Dogs must always be on a leash and cleaned up after.
Fires are permitted in the central fire pit or propane fire pits brought by the camper if there are no fire bans in the area. All fires must be fully extinguished before leaving.
Barbeques are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult.
ATV use is NOT permitted within the Village or Rosemary.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The campsite must be clean and free of any debris at time of departure, or you may be subject to a campsite clean up fee.
Management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable, without refund.
Physical damage to campground, building, or trees will result in a vandalism charge and eviction from the campground without refund.

Terms & Conditions

Charges are for the use of assigned site and campground facilities only.
The campground assumes no responsibility for any loss through collision, fire, theft or otherwise to any vehicle including but not limited; recreational or personal vehicles, tents, contents or any other personal effects.
Any violation of the campground rules or guest policies shall result in termination of this reservation without refund. The determination of which shall be the sole discretion of campground management.
Payment must be made in full at time of booking. Any reservations paid by e-transfer must be sent within 1 hour of booking, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.
All camping reservations must be made by an adult occupying the site.
Maximum of 6 people per site.
One camper, one personal vehicle and one tent allowed per site.

Cancellation/ Change Policy:

4+ days prior to arrival: Excluding the original reservation fee, a full refund will be issued.
3 days prior to arrival: A refund for the cost of your stay, less the reservation fee and cost of one night.
Reservations 2 weeks or greater, will be charged an additional 3% cancellation fee
Guests who do not arrive by 2:00 pm the day after the scheduled arrival date, the remainder of the reservation will be deemed cancelled, without refund.

Refunds will not be issued:

For early check-out
To anyone who is evicted from the campground, for any reason
If you have booked a smaller site than needed to accommodate your RV length
Due to weather, wildlife, insects, water, air quality, fire or liquor bans, vehicle or trailer trouble, getting lost, closed amenities, or advisories.
