🤠 Roundup Lake Campground Resort
Guest Agreement, Terms & Conditions & Campground Policies
Welcome, Partner!
Howdy, and welcome to Roundup Lake Campground Resort!
Whether you're joining us for your very first camping trip or you've been making memories with us for years, we're honored you've chosen to spend your stay with us.
At Roundup Lake, our goal is simple: to provide a clean, safe, relaxing, and family-friendly campground where everyone can enjoy the outdoors and create unforgettable memories.
Camping is one of the few vacations where neighbors quickly become friends, children spend their days exploring outside, and evenings are filled with campfires, laughter, and stories under the stars. To help keep that experience enjoyable for everyone, we've established the following Guest Agreement and Campground Policies.
Many of these policies exist simply because of lessons we've learned over the years. Others are in place to protect the safety of our guests, our staff, and our campground. Every policy has one goal in mind—making sure every family has the best camping experience possible.
Our staff is always happy to answer questions, explain campground policies, or help resolve concerns during your stay. We ask that every guest treat fellow campers, our staff, and campground property with kindness and respect.
We believe the best camping memories begin with clear expectations.
Now let's get started.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you understand that campground rules exist to provide a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly environment for all guests and that failure to comply with these policies may result in warnings, additional fees, removal from the campground, or cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Management reserves the right to deny reservation modifications when requested accommodations are unavailable.
We encourage guests to contact the campground office as soon as possible if changes are needed.
Section 5 – Cancellations, Early Departures & No-Shows
Camping reservations are held exclusively for your arrival dates, and once a reservation is made, those accommodations are removed from availability for other guests.
For this reason, we maintain the following cancellation policy.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:
Standard Reservations
Reservations cancelled 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 8 through 29 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund less a $15 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled within seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
Holiday Weekends
Holiday weekend reservations are non-refundable, regardless of when the reservation is cancelled.
Holiday weekends require a longer planning period and often sell out well in advance. Because of this, these reservations are considered final once confirmed.
Early Departures
Guests choosing to leave before their scheduled departure date are not eligible for refunds, credits, or adjustments for unused nights.
No-Shows
Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation and do not contact the campground may be considered a No-Show.
Reservations that have not checked in by the morning following the scheduled arrival date may be cancelled at the discretion of campground management without refund.
Weather
Camping is an outdoor experience, and weather conditions are part of camping.
Rain, wind, heat, cold temperatures, insects, or other natural conditions do not qualify for refunds or reservation credits.
If campground management determines that a mandatory evacuation or campground closure is necessary due to severe weather or another emergency, accommodations will be handled at management's discretion.
Section 6 – Site Assignments & Site Lock
Every campsite at Roundup Lake offers something a little different, and we do our best to honor guest preferences whenever possible.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:
Campsite numbers are subject to change prior to arrival.
Purchasing the Site Lock Fee guarantees the specific campsite selected during booking.
Guests who do not purchase Site Lock are guaranteed the reserved site type, but not a specific campsite number.
Site assignments may occasionally change due to maintenance, operational needs, emergency repairs, utility issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If management must relocate your reservation, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a comparable accommodation.
Site requests noted during booking are appreciated but cannot be guaranteed unless protected by the Site Lock option.
We appreciate your understanding if changes become necessary to ensure the safe operation of the campground.
Section 7 – Check-In

Your voicemail is automatically forwarded to our on-site security team, and the first available team member will respond as quickly as possible to escort you to your campsite.
While we strive to respond promptly, response times may vary depending on campground activity and ongoing emergencies.
Arrivals During Quiet Hours
To respect the comfort and sleep of fellow campers, new check-ins are not permitted after Quiet Hours begin at 11:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made with the campground office.
Setting up a campsite after quiet hours often involves vehicle traffic, unloading equipment, extending slide-outs, hammering tent stakes, setting up awnings, and other activities that create unnecessary noise for neighboring campsites.
If you know you'll be arriving after 11:00 PM, please contact the campground office before your arrival date. Whenever possible, we'll work with you to make appropriate arrangements.
Failure to notify the campground of a late arrival may result in delayed access to your campsite until the following morning.

We hope your stay with us was filled with wonderful memories, and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
Check-Out Time for all accommodations is 11:00 AM.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:

Late departures are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Guests remaining on their site beyond the approved departure time without authorization may be charged an additional night's stay or applicable late departure fees.
Before departing, guests are expected to remove all personal belongings, dispose of trash properly, extinguish campfires completely, and leave their campsite or cabin in a clean and orderly condition.
Damage, excessive cleaning, or missing property discovered after departure may result in additional charges to the Registered Guest.
We thank you for helping us prepare your campsite for the next family ready to make memories at Roundup Lake Campground Resort.
Section 10 – Campsite Occupancy & Registered Guests
Each campsite and cabin is designed to comfortably accommodate a specific number of guests. Occupancy limits are established for the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all campers and to comply with local regulations.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to occupy your campsite or cabin overnight.

VISITOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
In consideration of the services of the Campground, their officers, agents, employees, affiliates, partners, and
stockholders, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses, I agree to the following: Admission
to the Campground is at my own risk. The Campground will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury
sustained by me or my invitees and visitors while at the Campground. The Campground may provide assistance;
however, such an act is not an admission of liability. I will not hold the Campground, their officers, agents,
employees, stockholders, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses liable for any damage,
theft, or injury to person or property occurring within the premises.
Although the Campground has taken reasonable steps to provide me with an enjoyable environment so I can
participate in various activities for which I may not be skilled or experienced, the Campground has informed me
these activities are not without risk. Certain risks are inherent in each activity and cannot be eliminated without
destroying the unique character of these activities. These inherent risks are some of the same elements that
contribute to the unique character of these activities and can be the cause of loss or damage to my equipment, or
accidental injury, illness, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma, or death.
The Campground does not want to frighten me or reduce my enthusiasm for these activities, but believes it is
important for me to know in advance what to expect and to be informed of the inherent risks. I am aware that
Campground activities entail risks of injury or death to any participant. I understand the description of these
inherent risks is not complete and that other unknown or unanticipated inherent risks may result in injury or
death.
I assume and accept full responsibility for the inherent risks not specifically identified. My participation in the
activity of camping and all available Campground activities is purely voluntary, no one is forcing me to participate,
and I elect to participate despite these risks and with full knowledge of the inherent risks. I acknowledge that
engaging in the activity of camping and engaging in any other various Campground activities may require a degree
of skill and knowledge different from other activities and that I have responsibilities as a participant. I acknowledge
that the staff of the Campground has been available to fully explain the nature and physical demands of this activity
and the inherent risks, hazards, and dangers associated with this activity. I certify that my family and I are fully
capable of participating in the activity of camping and all activities the Campground has to offer. Therefore, I
assume and accept full responsibility for myself, spouse, including all minor children and guests and visitors in my
care, custody, and control, for bodily injury, death or loss of personal property and expenses as a result of those
inherent risks and dangers, not specifically identified, and, as a result of my negligence or willful acts in
participating in this activity.
I shall indemnify and save harmless the Campground, and their officers, agents, employees, affiliates, partners, and
stockholders, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses, against any and all damages to
property or injuries to or death of any person or persons, and shall defend, indemnify and save harmless the
Campground, and their officers, agents, employees, affiliates, partners, and stockholders, and all other persons or
entities associated with those businesses, from any and all claims, demands, suits, actions or proceedings of any
kind of nature, of or by anyone whomsoever, in any way resulting from or arising out of my (including all minor
