Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival, but at least 30 days from the scheduled date of arrival, will receive a 50% cancellation fee deducted from the refund. For cancellations more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival, a full refund will be given, minus the $25.00 cancelation fee.

All cancellations will have a $25.00 cancellation fee assessed to each cancelled reservation.
