Cancellation Policy

We understand that cancellations do occur. If you do need to cancel, please see the following policies:

If cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date, 100% of the first night stay and any applicable lock-in fee will be kept as a cancellation fee. The remaining funds will be returned to the original form of purchase within 5 business days.

If cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date, $45 will be kept as a cancellation fee. The remaining funds returned to the original form of purchase within 5 business days. 

Should you change your arrival and/or departure date you may incur cancellation fees.  We allow a one time courtesy for date changes.
