North Pointe RV Resort — Reviews

Well maintained park, very friendly staff and my site had a great view of the lake.

From our first contact with North Pointe personnel, each of them was very informed and very personable. Email contact was efficient, and the phone call we received about an hour or so prior to our arrival (and the closing of the office for that day) was very comforting because it confirmed to us that our reservation information would be in the large box for our retrieval and directions to our site. While at the park, we also witnessed an off-site service agent rolling into the park who was traveling much too quickly. For his all too apparent violation of the park's speed limit, the service truck driver was chased down (there were no lights and siren, just a golf cart) by a park employee and personally informed of the slower rate of speed required of everyone on the property. For us, it was nice to know the posted speed pertained to everyone. Another aspect of North Pointe that we enjoyed was the lack of rank and file site organization; sites were not lined up as though for inspection, but were placed in several arcs. As there were no children with us, we only observed others' kids at the well equipped playground area, including a basketball shooting area which appeared newly poured and seemed to get a good amount of attention from youngsters between teeter-totter age and driving age. :-) The pool looked inviting though not yet open. My wife was particularly pleased with the poured patio at our site, and the glass top table with swivel chairs (instead of a potentially splintery wood picnic table). The wife, my wife, my favorite travel partner - all one and the same - informed me that for as often as we frequent the area, this RV park is one she definitely wants to return to.

We had a campsite overlooking the lake. Although you could hear the traffic on I95, you can't beat the convenience to interstate and restaurants. Very clean campground.

It was fine, but not exceptional. Spaces were a bit close, dumpsters a bit far. Services worked, site was clean. A good overnight convenient to the highway.

The campground was as advertised. Check in was simple, playground clean and in order and best of all was the easy pull through at the camp-site. We chose this campground mainly for our grandkids but we will definitely be staying there again..

It is a pretty little park we loved the landscaping and the amenities are probably a hit with families. I booked this park based on reviews on line and was disappointed that the park doesn’t have Wi-Fi or cable tv and the over air tv is limited

We will be back. Easy access from I-95. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, great big rig pull thru plenty of room. WiFi good, but no cable, however we have satellite TV. We have. 45 foot MH with tow. Didn’t have to unhook plenty long. This is a very comfortable stay.

Easy in easy off of I95. Nice clean campground. It’s larger than you think with plenty of room to do for a long walk after a day on the road. There is a dog park and you can make reservations online. Bathrooms and showers are clean. Reasonably priced - we have stayed there before when it was RVacaction. We will be back

Very convenient, quiet park.

Facility is well maintained. I appreciate the call requesting our estimated check in time. And the availability of our site # and campground map after store hours. Level site. Large enough for a 40’ 5th wheel and full size pickup without disconnecting. Beautiful lake on neighboring property. We also enjoy the sounds of the trains in the distance.

We have stayed here 4 times. Love that it is easy to book, and we can pick our spot and right off I95 is a plus. We have never had the opportunity to meet the staff since we always arrive after hours and leave before the staff comes in but haven’t to them on the phone and they are very customer oriented.

Excellent location, right off the highway. Excellent pull-through sites which, after a long ride, relieves me of having to back into a site. Having a place for my pet to go and run about and do his relieving was also a plus! Thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff!

The resort was well kept and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We would like to go again and take a 5 year old granddaughter to enjoy the playground, pool and fishing at the pond. I enjoyed my morning coffee while looking at the sun hit the water in the beautiful pond.

Great location! Low speed limit for safety. Would like to have had more activities.
