The campground itself was very nice and so was the staff. The only problem is the trains ran and blew their horns all night. There is a tremendous amount of noise from truckers running on 95 that I had to use earplugs to sleep.

Our “go to” stopover spot along 95. Always clean,, well kept, spacious sites. I love relaxing after a long drive by sitting outside my RV and looking at the lake. Yes, you can hear the traffic, but it’s such a nice place, we look forward to stopping there when we are passing through.

While the campground is quite nice, clean, and easy to get in to, the next door train activity through the night did not allow for a restful sleep. Although it is not the campgrounds fault, travelers should be aware of this. The train warning horns seemed to be every hour, on the hour, if not more. For that reason we will seek another place to stay.
