Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Depending on the timing of your cancellation request. Changing the dates of a reservation is considered a cancellation of the existing reservation and is subject to a $25 rebooking fee.

For overnight and weekly visitors, the following cancellation policies apply:

• 2+ Weeks Prior: Full refund minus the $25 cancellation fee.

• 1 Week Prior: 50% of reservation is forfeited.

• Leff than 1 Week: Full reservation forfeited.

For extended stay visitors, the following cancellation policies apply:

• 15 days or more notice: 50% of the deposit is refunded.

• 14 days or less notice: 25% of the deposit is refunded.
