Refund Policy

Guests are required to put down a deposit to reserve a site.  The deposit is a down payment for the full amount that is required on the day of check in.  The deposits are as follows:  Daily Guests: $25.  Weekly Guests: $75.  Monthly Guests: $100 Security Deposit (Refundable at check out if site is cleaned & debts are paid).

There will be no partial refunds once a tenant has moved into the park.  This includes nightly, weekly, & monthly tenants.
