1. There are train tracks just feet away from the park. Trains run all night and must sound their horn when they approach. The ground shakes and no matter where you are in the park, the horn is EXTREMELY loud. You WILL be woken up in the night. 2.The park is also next to a dirt road so dust blankets most everything. 3. Sewage is churned and ground up right in the park out of site and when the wind blows your way the odors are hard to take. 4. As far as I can tell, the park is NOT handicaps accessible. There is a resident here in a wheelchair who is unable to access bathrooms, showers, and even the dog park. In fact, the park office is up a flight of stairs! 5. Pitbull and Pitbull mixed breeds, of any size are allowed in the park. I have personally witnessed on SEVERAL occasions, Pitbull's having to be restrained by their owners to keep them from attacking other guests dogs. 6. The water for the entire park can be shut off with no notice at any given time if someone has a plumbing issue. I have personally experienced this 4 times, with one of them my own plumbing issue. 7. The office manager and maintenance man could care less about making your stay pleasant. Their priority is making sure you know who's boss around here.
