Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

All refunds will be in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and can take up to 5 business days to reflect on your credit or debit card. If a refund cannot be applied to the original form of payment, a refund check will be issued and mailed to the mailing address on file. Receipt of a refund check can take up to two weeks for processing and mailing. 

No refunds or proration of rent will be given for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
