SCARLET IBIS ADVENTURE HUT POLICIES AND RULES

1. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or their pets.

2. Guests assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agree to hold the Scarlet Ibis and its owners harmless from and indemnified against the same.

3. The Scarlet Ibis is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

4. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

5. All guests must register with Scarlet Ibis staff upon arrival. (unless arriving after hours)

6. Total number of guests and/or pets may never exceed that of your booking.  

7. Visitors are welcomed but are required to leave by 10:00 PM.

8. All trash is to be disposed of in the enclosed trash receptacles provided.

Check in time is 4:00 PM

Check out time is 10:00 AM

SECURITY

1. The Scarlet Ibis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.  Keep your valuables locked up at all times.

2. Report any problems with the Adventure Huts to our staff immediately.

PET POLICY

1. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can manage your pet.  Pets may not be left unattended. Please do not tie your pet up and leave. Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet while you are away.

2. All pets staying in adventure huts must be registered.

3. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets.

4. The Scarlet Ibis is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).

5. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.

 

RESTROOMS AND SHOWERS

For the comfort of all our guests, we have 2 restrooms with shower facilities.  These are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean.
