Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given (less reservation fees) if the reservation is canceled within 10 days of the original arrival booking date.  A sixty percent (60%) refund (less reservation fees) will be issued if notice of cancellation is given within 7 days of the original arrival booking date.  No refund is issued if notice of cancellation is 6 days before the original arrival booking date.  

No-Shows 

Your reservation is considered a no-show if you have not arrived by 10:00 pm on your arrival date, unless you have called and left a voice mail or emailed us prior to your arrival.  Payment for camping nights is not refunded for no-show reservations.

      Reservation fees are non-refundable.
