Easy entry, clean site, secure. What more could you ask for?

The camping spot was clear and easy to access. The facilities were clean and everything worked well.

It’s in a great location, and easy to book

The only concern I had was Thursday morning, 7/18 the water pressure to the rv was so low. I did not report it because we were leaving early on our trip back to CA

Clean, easy parking, great location

We were there for a short visit and everything was very clean and nice.

Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. Easy in, easy out. Utilities perfect.

Good location for our needs. Park was clean. It’s not fancy but I don’t need fancy. No showers is a minus but I would definitely stay there again.

It was a good place to stay and we’ll probably stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. Good location, not far from I10 and I19. U of A not too far away. Great restaurants in the area. It would rate 5 stars, but on Saturday night two people got into the clubhouse that didn’t belong. They didn’t appear to be RVers and one left a harmful item behind in the ladies room. The gate was open until after dark that night and even with the requirement of a passcode they still got into the clubhouse. Not the management’s fault this happened, but it did, in fact, happen.

Everything was great! The check in process was smooth as the instructions were texted to us the day of our arrival. The park was clean and orderly. The amenities worked flawlessly and being a femced location made the park feel safe & secure. The location was amazing for us as we had planned to visit many different sites & restaurants in the area, which worked out beautifully! We will strongly consider staying here again when we come back to town.

Everything as expected. All paved just about everywhere. Understandable, but missed having some grass or plants.

No showers!! Had no idea. Not listed anywhere. Wouldn’t give me a full refund. Deceptive advertising.

The park is small but close to everything and the manager, Nancy, is very helpful. I was disappointed that the park does not have showers. But, otherwise, it was fine.

Relatively quite for downtown location. Cost is high for only a hook up and bathroom. No showers. No fire ring/grill. Too cold to use small pool; no jacuzzi. Basically a parking lot without much ambiance. Clubhouse is nice to have with TV, pool table, ping pong table but no real comfortable seating to speak of and basically taken over by one family. Relatively well kept but some repairs needed. Worker fixed bathroom faucet immediately when told of the problem (though he reports it is reoccurring). Heater does not work in women’s bathroom. Laundry room with one washer and dryer (coin pay) is clean and spacious. Would probably stay there again for practical stay but not much is looking at vacation spot.
