Wi-fi exists but slow, excellent verizon 5g. You get exactly what is advertised but it is nothing more than a parking spot with hookups. What amenities they have appear appropriately maintained. Plastic picnic table useless as totally destroyed by sun damage. Not near anything useful and while may be technically downtown there is nothing nearby. Felt safe once entered facility but would not walk outside park. Sketchy neighborhood and crazy drivers.
