Terms & Conditions

 

By making a reservation, checking in, or occupying a site at Serenity RV Park, Guests, & their visitors, agrees to all Rules, Terms and Conditions, whether or not a physical/electronic signature is provided.

  • Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the property, including but not limited to injury, death, loss, or damage to persons or property. 

  • Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the property, including but not limited to injury, death, loss, or damage to persons or property from third parties.

  • Guest acknowledges that use of the RV park, its facilities, and amenities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, or loss.

  • By staying at Serenity RV Park, Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks.

  • Guest agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Serenity RV Park, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Guest agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Serenity RV Park, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claim.

  • Guest is responsible for any damage caused to park property, utilities, or facilities and agrees to pay for repair or replacement costs.

  • One RV or camper per site no tents or outdoor camping.

  • All vehicles parked at a site must be parked on the gravel or concrete of that site. NO PARTS OF THE VEHICLE CAN BE LEFT IN THE ROAD, ON THE GRASS OR ON ANOTHER SITE. IF PARKED ON ANOTHER SITE GUEST WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT SITE AS WELL.

  • Park amenities to be used by park guests only.

  • Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 11 am.

  • Please dispose of any and all trash in the dumpster provided. No littering.

  • Use of fireworks is prohibited.

  • All buildings are smoke/vape free including atleast 20 feet from any part of the building.

  • Daily rates apply for a maximum of 4 people with no more than 6 total persons per site. Additional charges will apply for extra persons. 

  • Animals must always be on a leash when not in their RV or inside the Dog Park.

  • Pet owners are responsible for the cleanup of their pet’s waste. If pet waste is not picked up on site we will charge $35 as a pet waste disposal fee.

  • All animals must be under direct supervision at all times.

  • Pet owners should have shot records available upon requests.

  • Children under 13 must be must be under direct supervision at all times.

  • Quiet hours are from 10pm – 7am.

  • NO washing vehicles or RVs in the park.

  • NO permanent structures on sites.

  • Any RV, vehicle or trailer occupying a site unauthorized or ordered to be removed from a site must vacate the site immediately upon notification.

  • Any item, vehicle, structure, or property left on the premises for more than 10 days to the extent permitted by law becomes the property of Serenity RV park and will be disposed of at the park owner's discretion at the cost to the guest.

  • Serenity RV Park reserves the right to refuse service, terminate occupancy, or require any Guest to vacate the premises immediately for violation of these rules, unsafe behavior, non-payment, or at management’s discretion. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  • All fees of Serenity RV Park are non-refundable (Lock site, pet, occupancy fees etc.)

  • Any guest staying 30 nights or longer agrees to Serenity RV Park's extended stay rules, terms & conditions (see attached copy upon check in) whether guests sign the extended stay rules, terms & conditions or not.

  • Any and all refunds/discounts are subject to Serenity Rv Park's discretion. (Please see/ask about cancellation policy.)

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Mississippi.
