Terms & Conditions

  • Campsites are to be occupied by one family or registered group (4 total people unless given permission). One camp unit per site plus one additional tent is permitted for dependent juveniles. If second tent is adults or second family, they will be charged additional. No minors shall use campsites without parent or guardian being present. Campers cannot rent their unit to others. Do not change assigned site without permission.

  • Check In is at 2:00 p.m. Check Out is at noon (EST).

  • Your visitors are welcome but are not free. They must first check in at the office to obtain a visitor’s pass. If they fail to do so, they will be asked to leave.

  • Pets must be kept on a leash (not to exceed 6 feet). Do not leave pets unattended at the campsite. Clean up after your pet at all times and keep it from barking. Visitors cannot bring pets. Boaters who bring pets are required to have them on leashes. CLEAN UP AFTER PETS AT ALL TIMES. Aggressive dogs are not allowed. Call before bringing yours.

  • Only 2 cars/trucks per site. All others to be parked in visitors’ parking area only. Do not park on the grass. Vehicles with boat trailers must be parked in visitors parking area. Exception: With permission of Manager Only.

  • No fireworks!! No firearms, BB gun, bow and arrow, sling shot or weapons of any kind whether legal or not in Michigan.

  • Campfires are permitted in designated areas only. Do not move fire rings. Extinguish your fire upon retiring or departing Park. Do not put garbage, cans or bottle in fire rings.

  • Alcohol is a privilege as long as you limit its use to adults and use common sense. Marijuana use outside of your unit is prohibited. • Only portable screened rooms and decks. No decks, patios or rooms attached to RV.

  • All motor vehicles, boat trailers, travel trailers, 5th wheels, etc. must have a current year license plate. Every guest must maintain adequate insurance on their vehicles, boats, and camping units, and indemnify Shamrock Park and the Village of Berrien Springs for all claims and losses occasioned by the guest, guest’s family and visitors.

  • The Manager resides here at the Park. However, it is impossible for us to provide 100% security. Shamrock Park shall not be liable for losses due to theft, vandalism, neglect, windstorm, personal injuries or other causes. We reserve the right to evict, without refund, any person(s) vandalizing property, creating excessive noise, using abusive language, abusing alcohol or not abiding by the park policies. Report disturbances 24 hrs. a day to: 269-473-5691. Reports need to be made when happening, not the next day. The Police and Fire Dept. can be reached by dialing 911.

  • We will try to honor your site and cabin request, but we reserve the right to make necessary changes.

  • Maximum stay in a calender year is 180 days. 

  • Monthly stays, including camper storage, are expected to pay on time in full every month. Nonpayment will result in a $50 late fee on day two and up to removal from site on the 7th day after site fees are due ns not paid. A third late fee results in removal from the park. We appreciate your ontime payment. 

  • E-bikes are welcome in the park only if not speeding in our park. The speed violates our speed limit. E-bikes are a hazard that will not be allowed in the park if the speeding is violated.
