Cancellation Policy

Short Term Stays (Less than 28 Nights):

If cancellation is made 5 days or more prior to arrival, a full refund will be issued, minus a 10% cancel fee. If cancellation is made 4 days or less prior to arrival, NO refund will be issued.

Long Term Stays (28+ Nights):

If cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to arrival, a full refund will be issued, minus a $50 cancel fee. If cancellation is made 13 days or less prior to arrival, NO refund will be issued.
