Cancellation Policy

To cancel a reservation please call 931.392.4655. Emails, text messages and messages via any social media platform will not be acceptable when canceling a reservation. Refunds or credits due to weather or early departures will not be given. If a reservation is canceled within 3 days of the scheduled arrival the entire reservation cost will be forfeited. This applies to “no shows” as well. If a reservation is canceled from days 3-14 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be refunded.

If a reservation is canceled 15+ days prior to arrival 100% of the reservation cost

will be refunded minus a 10% handling fee.
