When we showed up at the property they were sheriff's and police ambulances and fire trucks we had to wait outside the property for hours before we could enter and then we went into there was no post to check in with nobody knew what was going on or where to park so we decided to park and Ray got stuck in a wash we spoke with the owner through the app she was very friendly she offered an extended late check out which was great but then we got a spreading call from her husband saying that we should be off the property not a good experience from beginning to end

No nonsense, dry and level spot to park an RV for a reasonable price. Apparently my guests are even feeding the horses through the fence which the owner approved or so I am told. Clean bathroom, quiet Parke.

There is no office or person to greet you here. I was lucky enough to meet the very nice caretaker who was able to give me the bathroom code. Top load washer and dryer was $5.00 each so didn’t use facilities and did not see anyone else use them either. Wi-Fi never worked. The plus side was yes, there are horses and cattle that you could visit and the caretaker is super friendly. He kept the grounds and stables extremely clean. If you call the number that is associated with Show Me Ranch online you will get the previous owner. She was very nice, too.

Not as advertised

Love the place, the setting is amazing. Easy and easy out, close to Cave Creek downtown. Keep it simple don’t change anything. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Laundry services were over priced at $5 for washing and also for the dryer.

This is a horse ranch with attendant obstacles and smells. When you click “pets” on the sign-up, you will get charged $25 additional. Of course, the totally honest and helpful manager was a complete no-show during our visit. Phone was intermittent so unable to contact and he made no attempt to greet us or proffer a refund given our fifteen pound dog doesn’t eat hay.

Very nice place to stay! Stayed for one night with my family including two kids. Ryan has kindly assisted with the horse back riding for the kids, they really wanted to try and enjoyed it a lot. Will return to the campsite upon our next trip here.

Ranger was super helpful. Couldn’t have been more accommodating.

If you enjoy being around horses, and their owners who care so much about them, this is the place to be.

Quiet and interesting place to stay.

Trailer was clean and I was able to find the location pretty easily. There was no propane the first night as tanks were empty and I had to turn on water myself wasn’t sure exactly if that was ok or not but confirmed with owner. It’s a nice wiiwt mo satin except for donkeys in the morning but to be expected.

Nice bathrooms

It’s peaceful, quiet… great laundry room and clean bathroom. The location is great…lots to do around here!

Loved the area & closeness to the city but was quiet and beautiful. Loved the ranch aspect and all the horses. Peaceful, quiet, amazing.

Great place to park

This was a great value site. Full hookups and a free shower/barhroom. Also very friendly horses all around. Feels like you are far away but it is only 10 minutes to shopping and restaurants at a fancy outdoor shopping center. Only tip is that if you don’t want horse smell outside, pick a spot that isn’t next to horse stalls. We didn’t mind and it didn’t permeate the RV. Friendly staff; real cowboys.

No contact with anyone except by phone. The park was clean and well cared for. Lots of animals to watch. Served our needs just fine.
