Quiet place, friendly and helpful staff at a great price.

The location and description was exactly what the campsite/RV spot was listed as. The only issue was one toilet/shower facility for the place. If it was locked or in use, I could foresee that being an issue. The staff was extremely responsive when we were locked out of the restroom. Ranger also helped us to find the exact location of the ranch when our GPS was not exactly correct - super helpful! The animals were great neighbors! The donkey wakeup call and the happy horses at sunrise were a nice surprise. ;)

No signage, office, and too close to horse corrals. Not horse people! Our fault!

The house was great and very comfortable . The shower in the second bathroom didn’t work. We would definitely rent it again.

I loved the location. The host were very friendly and showed us around when we arrived. The laundry area was very clean and the machine looked new. Pay by credit card $5/wash and $5 for dry. They had a clean bathroom and shower next door. The area was close to north Scottsdale and Cave Creek downtown. We walked our dogs along the roadside and onto the trails nearby to let them run. The only downside was the sites were very cramped. Plenty of room to get in and turn around though. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

It was a lovely stay they were very accommodating as we came in late and the kids loved the horses 🐎
