NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, including, without implied limitation: swimming, boating, beach activities, and use of the premises and the grounds. The camper agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. I acknowledge that I am responsible for any additional charges occurred during my stay which may include charges for damage to Silver Springs property done by myself or my guests. I agree that I understand and voluntarily accept the terms and conditions stated herein. I understand that Silver Springs may take photographs for promotional purposes and agree they may use them at their discretion.
Campsite Check-in: 2:00 pm
Campsite Check-out: 12:00 pm.
Cabin Check-in: after 3:00 pm.
Cabin Check-out: by 11:00 am.
Quiet Hours: 11 pm - 8 am. Any noise other than guests' own voices (this includes radios, boomboxes, bluetooth speakers, outdoor movies, etc.) should be turned off at this time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Firearms or firecrackers of any kind are not permitted in the park. No exceptions.
Children: Children should be under parental supervision at all times. Curfew for children 17 & under is 10:00 pm unless they are under parental supervision. All unsupervised children must be at their designated site.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the campground, strictly enforced.
Powered Vehicles: Only road licensed vehicles which were driven to the campground and electric golf carts are allowed.
Bikes, scooters, etc.: Mechanically- and electric-powered bikes, scooters, and the like are allowed during daylight hours and must be parked at dusk. The 5 mph speed limit must be observed. Use on the sidewalks is not permitted.
Playgrounds: Playground equipment is closed after dark.
Swimming: Pond swimming hours are 9 am until dusk. Pool hours are posted at the pool.
Trash: Please do not burn trash. Take trash to the dumpsters. Do not leave trash out overnight as we have wildlife that will make a mess. If trash is left out overnight the guest is responsible for picking it up.
Trash cans are also available throughout the park. Please do not litter.
Campfires: are permitted unless otherwise advised. Campfires must always be attended and extinguished before retiring for the evening. Be sure to completely douse out the fire with water.
Firewood: No carry-in firewood. Guests are only permitted to burn firewood purchased at the campground, which is USDA certified and bug free, to help prevent the spread of pests and tree diseases that can damage and kill our trees.
Clean-up: Please clean up your site and fire pit (including nut shells, cig butts, and garbage) area before you leave.
Miscellaneous:
All campers and visitors shall respect the property of the campground and of others. If property is destroyed, you are liable.
Do not deface any trees dead or alive. Please do not nail/screw anything into the trees.
Any damage or vandalism to any campground property will result in a minimum $500 fee.
Moving or damaging any metal or rock fire ring is subject to a $100.00 fine.
Water balloons, air horns, drones, and fireworks are not allowed at any time.
Shoes must be worn in the office, restrooms, and game room.
No firearms or weapons of any kind.
Site Etiquette:
Treat your neighbors as you would like to be treated.
Respect others' boundaries.
Do not walk through others' campsites
Use family friendly language. We are a family friendly campground, inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated.
Keep voices, laughter, and music to appropriate and respectful levels at all times.
Loud music is not allowed at any time.

Pet Policies: We welcome you to bring your pet with you. The following simple rules must be followed to make everyone's camping experience pleasant. We do have a dog park for off leash fun.
Pets must be kept on a leash and controlled at all times.
If a pet is off of the owner’s campsite the leash must be no longer than 6 ft.
While on the campsite the pet must be restrained with a leash in a manner not to exceed 20 ft in diameter or come within 6 ft of any roadway.
Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of immediately. There are pet stations throughout the campground.
Pets are not allowed in any buildings, playgrounds, nor are they allowed in or on any swimming areas or beaches.
Pet fences and/or pens on campsites are allowed. Pets must be supervised and under control at all times.
Pets cannot be left unattended outside or in a tent. Pets must be supervised and under control at all times.
Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Pet noise must also follow the rules for quiet hours.
If a pet bites a person or another animal the campground office must be notified immediately and the local law enforcement must be called. It is mandatory to report all dog bites.
It is recommended to keep a copy of pets’ rabies vaccine at the owner’s campsite.
There is a zero tolerance policy for aggressive behavior. One incident will result in the pet being removed from the campsite for the duration of the owner's stay.
There will be 1 warning given about violation of pet rules, the next offense will result in the pet needing to be removed from the campground for the remainder of the owner’s stay.
Helpful Reminder: leash your pet before exiting your vehicle or camper. This simple step can help prevent unexpected incidents and ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Golf Cart Rules
Electric golf carts only. Personal golf carts must be registered at the office upon check-in. Proof of insurance is required. See the website or contact us for current registration pricing.
You must be at least 18 years old to drive a golf cart on the property.
Golf carts must be returned to site by 11 pm.
The number of people allowed per cart is limited to the number of seats. All passengers must be seated in seats if the golf cart is moving.
Pool patrons, please park behind the pool.
Golf carts are to be used to go from point A to point B. Joy riding is not allowed. Golf carts are not allowed past the volleyball courts unless a special event is going on in the field.
Golf carts are not allowed on the sidewalks.
No amplified music.
No horseplay or reckless driving. Also, no drinking and driving allowed. Failure to follow these rules will result in the loss of your golf cart privileges. No warnings will be given.
Management has complete discretion. There are no refunds if you are asked to leave.
Campsite: is assigned to one family (2 adults and children 17 & under). One camping unit per site. A camping unit is defined as a tent, travel trailer, pop-up, fifth wheel, etc. Maximum of (2) vehicles on campsites, (2) vehicles on rental cabin sites. An extra tent may be set up for a one time $30 fee.
Trespassing on neighboring land off the perimeter of the campground property is not permitted.
Visitors: must register in the office (day, night, or swim). $10 for adults, $5 for children (age 3-17), and $5 for dogs. There is no charge for children 2 and under.
There is an emergency 911 phone by the pool.
Absolutely no smoking/vaping in any rental unit. A minimum fee of $250.00 will be charged if smoking/vaping is detected.
Deposits: A $35.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation.
Payments due: The debit/credit card on file will automatically be charged the balance due on the following schedules:
Holiday/Halloween/Regular weekends require payment in full 30-days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Group Reservations: If you are reserving for a group, each person must call with their own card and payment within 7 days.
Cancellations:
Any site canceled 15 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival will be credited all fees minus a $35.00 cancellation fee.
Any site canceled 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
Any site rescheduled for a different weekend, will have a $25 rescheduling fee, and must be done at least 14 days or more of your original arrival date.
Photography Release and Media Waiver:
Automatic Consent: By completing a booking and entering the campground, you authorize and grant the park and its promotional partners the right to photograph, video, or record you and your guests.
Usage Rights: These images and recordings (including your name, likeness, and voice) can be used for publicizing, promoting, and advertising the park on social media, websites, and marketing materials.
No Compensation: All media can be used for publicizing, promoting, or advertising the park's attractions on social media, websites, and marketing materials without payment to you.
