One of our favorite campgrounds! Had an almost perfect trip. My only complaint was that the bathroom didn’t get cleaned regularly on this trip, which was very unusual compared to our prior trips.

Several areas were not weed eated. In some areas you couldn't walk to the waters edge to fish. Grass was growing in camp gravel area. Swimming area needs more sand at beach area. Bath rooms need painting . Mud stains at bottom of walls have been there a long time.

Great campground. Friendly staff. Clean. Only issue is that the rule about dogs on leashes/ tied/ in a pen is rarely enforced. We had someone else's dog almost attack both of our dogs.

Great stay once again we spent 4 days on the water site everything was great as usually the store on site and the staff are a++++++++ ready to plan another stay

It's a beautiful setting for an RV park, on an island with the entry on a narrow spit of land. It's very quiet. The staff are personable and keep the place nice and clean. However, there are no site sewer hookups, showers, or laundry. There is a dump station. The nearest laundry is 25 minutes away, which was in Chattanooga. The Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum and downtown Chattanooga are 30 minutes from the park. The site I was in was level side to side, but on a hill, so hooking up was quite difficult. The majority of sites are level though.

We love coming to Skull Island! The staff is so friendly. The campsites are nice. Always a beautiful view! Very convenient to a lot of different activities/things to do between Chattanooga and Cleveland.

We have been camping here for the past 3 years now it’s a great atmosphere slow pace campground great for my 3 kids 7-10-15 year old planning many more trips we had 4 more on the books for the year

Our family enjoyed our two weeks at Skull Island immensely!! The lake was absolutely beautiful, teeming with wildlife and brightness. The hosts were brilliant and friendly. Be careful on the steep incline into the park… the steps on our Class C were bent upon entry, unfortunately! We’ll definitely return!
