We have been here several times, summer holidays and the fall. The staff is always friendly and a great place to relax and unwind. Lots of fun things for the grandkids kids to do when we bring them along! The sites are spacious , clean and reasonably priced, plus a great deal on firewood. Never had a bad experience when we have stayed! Definitely would recommend for a quick weekend getaway!😊

Narrow roads, unlevel pads, hard to navigate. Restrooms or port-a-potties, not bath/shower houses. OK for a simple overnight, but there are better

Very friendly staff , rustic feel , very impressed with the size of the RV pads . Only thing would comment as a small negative is get rid of the old play ground equipment not very safe looking More information on kids activities when arriving All in all excellent prices and victor was very friendly

Sleeping Dragon was a fine spot for an evening. The camp store and proprietors were just great. The grounds were fine. My kiddo and I enjoyed the giant chess board. If I had to be honest, some of the long term campers there were really letting there spots and campers get dilapidated, moldy and run down. That was a bit of a weird vibe….but honestly didn’t bother us that much, but I could see that giving some folks a spooky feeling. To be clear, it was purely visual…..anyone we encountered was totally respectful and cool. Again, overall, we had a fine time there. Place was nice and quiet, had what we needed. Great meadow for dog walks. The veteran owned vibe was cool. Massive sand hill cranes were a bonus. If possible, just check in directly with the front desk. I feel like the third party online check in gouged us on price a bunch.

This was a quiet campground with some amenities. The site we booked was a full hook up, we were not able to position correctly in the site for our camper to reach the water and septic so we went without septic and the site itself was pretty steep. We should have asked to move sites but we had already spent so long getting the camper to the spot we were fine going without the septic. Minor things but I would definitely recommend calling to book your site. The employees were all very nice and the property had a nice swimming pond.

Staff was super nice and friendly. Offered flashlights to my kids to play with and I was given some free logs for my fire. Would absolutely recommend any family here.

Pool was closed the 3 days we were there. The workers made rude comments and acted like they didn't want to help when we went to the store for purchases. Dead tree in the campsite that had a limb come down nearly hitting our camper. Jumping pillow wasn't blown up half the time. Leaving only the pond for the kids to do. The shower water was warm for 2 minutes and then they turned ice cold. Workers spent more time circling in loud golf carts on their phones. Camped here before it definitely changed and not for the better.
