I hate to put two stars because the staff was so nice, amenities are lacking there was no shower house and the bathroom was more like a residential bathroom on the back of the office with minimal toilet paper and no way to dry your hands. If you washed them, the pavilion had lawn equipment and just stuff laying around the grass wasn’t cut when we arrived. I did ask her to cut the grass. there’s no picnic tables because she said she was tired of moving them. She did bring us a folding table, but no way to sit down at it and there was a fire ring at the next site that we drug over to our site, sites are extremely tight. The fire ring was uncomfortably close to my camper and door (this is where I had to put it) It’s just a place to lay your head, but the people were nice There seems like there were a lot of people living there on a semi permanent basis?

This is a well maintained RV park on the quiet side of Smoky Mountain National Park. Most of the residents are seasonal workers in nearby tourist attractions. The location is great for visiting the national park and Wears Valley.
