This park is a gem. The concrete, level site are clean and respectfully spaced. The middle courtyard is well maintained and stocked with family/friendly games. Many evenings the AMAZING camp hosts (Karen & Tina) hosted s’mores and excellent music for everyone to enjoy. We’ve stayed in many campsites along the Guadalupe with more/less amenities. This gem by far is the very best along the Guadalupe. You are within walking distance of the river and do not need to spend extra money for a golf cart. Although we’d love did not float the river this trip, I highly recommend talking to Karen or Tina about a river float. Going forward this will be the only place we stay on the Guadalupe.

Though the AC in out cabin had gone out, the owner himself vacated the RV he was staying in, reset the space, and let us stay in it for the night while he drove home at 11pm just so we'd be taken care of. Can't thank you enough Paul!

Clean, clean, clean!!! Bathrooms serviced at least twice a day! Sites are level slab with an apron. Mature trees for shade and right on the river. Good Internet. The hosts Bobby and Deb go waaay out of the way to make your stay great. At Easter they had baskets for the kids staying there. Quiet, sites all have fire pit and tables. Will be back frequently!!!

good, quiet spot. Next to a tubing campsite, which is a little bit more vibrant as far as energy if you are there on the weekend and in season. Campsite 37 along that fence line heading towards the main road is running alongside that camp, so keep it in mind if you want a quieter spot. Bob, the site manager, was so so sweet and is willing to help with anything you need. It was cool to be able to go down to the river and at the levels that we had, we were able to cross to the other side with the rocks at the surface. If you like to have more riverbank surface/beach area, keep in mind that this access is pretty small. It was fun to wade in the water though!

Kevin and I had a great stay at Soggy Dollar. Beautiful area. The camp hosts were awesome.! They were always available, made sure we didn't need anything and checked on us regularly. Wish more hosts were like this.

I brought my family there and though everyone was friendly it's not at all a family place. Our neighbors partied till 2am and my children nor I could sleep. Absolutely 0 policy for noise and I didn't appreciate the loud music literally all night . I left early because I couldn't handle my kids not getting sleep at night as well as myself.

Has everything needed to have a real camp experience with a few luxury amenities. Power and fire pits at every site was a huge perk. Great access to the river with shallow spots to sit. Will be back next year!

Everything was great had a great time and great people. Although it had a nasty smell when we first arrived, there was someone to quickly resolve the problem and fix it.

We had a wonderful time. The park is very clean and has easy access to the Guadalupe River which allowed us to use our kayaks. The managers Travis and Amy showed us what Texas hospitality is all about. We recommend this resort 100 percent. We have already booked our next visit.

This was a great spot to camp and throw the kayaks into the water. Somehow we were the ONLY people at the tents sites. That being said, if you're looking for a place to get away, if you had a neighbor, they would be RIGHT next to you. The grounds are clean, the bathrooms and showers were also kept clean. I would definitely go back.

Was so nice and clean. Everyone was super nice. Just couldn’t take our dogs to the river but I see that was everywhere on the river
