Our 37' Walkaround Queen with Bunkhouse camper is located on a Premium site 30. It accommodates and will sleep up to 6 people (1 Queen, 3 bunks), and has bathrooms, fridge, kitchen, and Air Conditioning and TV's This camper is strictly no pets due to allergies. No exceptions. We do have other pet friendly lodging where your pet is more than welcome. *Reservation includes up to 4 adults and 2 kids wristbands.

A new 400sqft Cabin with King bed in the Bedroom, bathroom w/shower and Loft with a full mattress. Picnic table, fire ring and a view of the Guadalupe River from the porch! Glampers, a Cabin with everything you need to make your adventure memorable. Everything you need for a short term or long-term experience is included, set up and ready for you to just show up and relax! Sheets and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own river towels. Please note - the cabins do not have an oven. Quiet hours are midnight to 8am.

The Rustic Lodge Rooms overlook the River. NO restrooms or showers in room. Park Restrooms and shower are located nearby. Lodge A and C have a King Bed and sofa. Lodge B has a Queen and King bed! The Lodge rooms also include a mini fridge, microwave & single serve K-Cup coffee makers as well as Google Smart TVs. *Reservation includes up to 4 people. *NOTE: The Rustic Lodge Rooms do not have a restroom or shower. This park is a gem. The concrete, level site are clean and respectfully spaced. The middle courtyard is well maintained and stocked with family/friendly games. Many evenings the AMAZING camp hosts (Karen & Tina) hosted s’mores and excellent music for everyone to enjoy. We’ve stayed in many campsites along the Guadalupe with more/less amenities. This gem by far is the very best along the Guadalupe. You are within walking distance of the river and do not need to spend extra money for a golf cart. Although we’d love did not float the river this trip, I highly recommend talking to Karen or Tina about a river float. Going forward this will be the only place we stay on the Guadalupe.

Though the AC in out cabin had gone out, the owner himself vacated the RV he was staying in, reset the space, and let us stay in it for the night while he drove home at 11pm just so we'd be taken care of. Can't thank you enough Paul!
