Really nice people and great location for us to setup home base for Custer State Park!

Staff (owners) very friendly. Location is great convenient to Mt Rushmore, the Badlands via Red Shirt. Wal-mart is an easy 15 minute drive in Rapid City.

Pretty nice campground. Sites were long and wide. Hookups were convenient. Pretty bare bones with standard features. Not for anyone looking for "glamping." Some road noise from a nearby highway but that's pretty standard. Had all our packages ready for us when we got there. Close to Mount Rushmore and Cuter State Park. 1-1/2 hrs. to the Badlands but we drove it anyway. Stay away from site 47. FT resident keeps his yappy dogs caged outside. Camped in a 40' 5th wheel with plenty of room.
