Amenities and park staff are acceptable. Rest of park is a junkyard of broken down vehicles, trash, people digging through dumpsters. Twice I had to contact the park (after hours it goes to an off site answering service) about someone parked in my spot while I was at work. I was told to “call the police or a tow truck.” I decided to park sideways in the street and plug up. Of course was woken up at 3am when the neighbor’s guest wanted to leave and needed me to let them out of my paid parking spot. Also be prepared to receive emails several times a week when mail is “accidentally” picked up (STOLEN) by the wrong person and the park asking for it to be returned. One person had her medication stolen. Most residents are long term. My neighbor had a truck with the axle removed and another with flat tires so be prepared to hear banging until 9pm at night. The amenities were nice but this park is very ghetto.

It is not the fault of the manager, but numerous RVs were dirty around their place, giving a very bad and poor image of the camp.

Beautiful park, friendly employees. Had a small problem with the electrical on the site we picked, but we got to move to another spot and all was well.
