Spahats Creek Resort Cancellation Policy for RV/Camping Reservations

 

Reservation Payment

 

To secure your reservation at Spahats Creek Resort, a valid credit card with an expiration date is required at the time of booking. When you make your reservation, the full payment for the booked dates will be charged to your credit card immediately. This payment includes a non-refundable booking fee of $7.00.

 

Cancellation Terms

 

  • More than 14 days prior to arrival: If you need to cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable booking fee of $7.00.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: If you cancel your reservation within 7 to 14 days before your scheduled arrival, you will forfeit 50% of the total reservation amount. The remaining 50% will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable booking fee.
  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date are non-refundable, and the full amount of the reservation will be retained as a cancellation charge.

  • Spahats Creek Resort does not give refunds for itinerary or schedule changes due to weather or other natural events. if you are worried about heat, rain, smoke, snow, aged parents, getting sick, your kids or any other natural phenomena preventing you from going on your trip please get cancellation insurance. Cancellation Insurance may be obtained from Lifestyle Financial https://lifestylefinancial.ca/get-a-quote/blbca/  or the company of your choice.

     

    Travel Insurance

    We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and other potential issues. Some visas also offer cancellation insurance, so check if this option is available to you. Please ensure that your insurance policy includes coverage for the specific activities you plan to undertake. Spahats Creek Resort Cancellation Policy for Cottage Reservations

 

Reservation Payment

 

To confirm your cottage reservation at Spahats Creek Resort, an advance deposit equal to the first night’s stay (before taxes) is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your reservation. The remaining balance of your reservation will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 60 days prior to your arrival.

 

For reservations made within 60 days of your arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Terms

 

·      More than 60 days prior to arrival: If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, a non-refundable booking fee of $10.00 will be retained, and the remaining portion of your deposit will be refunded.

·      60 days or less prior to arrival: Cancellations made within 60 days of your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the full amount of the reservation. Due to the nature of our bookings there is absolutly no refunds for any reason including

Modifications to the reservation, including changes to arrival or departure dates, made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure that your travel dates are final when booking within this 60-day window to avoid any unwanted charges.
