Park is showing improvements in the last 6 months. Sites are cleaned up, some gravel to level lots. I will continue to stay here when I am exhibiting at the TD Convention.

This park is mostly permanent residents not many vacationers. Our spot had no trees, just a concrete slab with picnic table. There was a freight train running through the middle of the park. The airport was across from the park and military jets were flying overhead often. I will definitely not be back.

This park was the worst one we stayed at on our seven week trip. Primarily full time residents with run- down sites. The worst part had to be the train track that ran through the middle of the campground that came through several times a day. Also near an airport so we had to listen to them work very loud jet engines. I would not recommend this park to any travelers.

Only issue was low water pressure on my site, which is better than to high. Very nice restroom/shower room.

We have a 25’ motorhome, and while the sites are not level, we were able to get our rig satisfactorily level. The campground saves a few spots for those of us who stay short term, but the majority of the campsites are for long term or residents. In the week or so we were there, we never saw anyone from management checking on the condition of the campsites. We had an issue, fortunately my husband was able to manage, that should have been attended to before we got to our site. The campground, for us, was strictly a place to stay overnight. We were out and about during the day. There’s a great place to walk and bike very close - Conestee Nature Preserve. Highly recommend a visit. We also used our Planet Fitness membership in a gym approximately 13 min. away. Also can recommend Unity Park in Greenville. Hubby biked the Prism Health Swap Rabbit Trail from there. Great trail. So not the greatest campground, but it gets the job done!

this place was crazy. the space was barely big enough for us to put our stairs down. everybody seemed like they were packed on top of each other. what absolutely killed me was the TRAIN that ran through the middle of the campground, horn blasting at full volume. i am not kidding when I say it runs through the middle. the train was maybe 50 feet from our spot. it was insane.

No frills, decent price. Very well lit. Urban campground. Better have a water pressure regulator.

There is not really anything in this park. We had a drive through that almost sat on top of the laundry room. Our site was dirt and dead leaves and very small. Most of the campers are full time. There is a lot of noise from construction nearby. Someone with a truck kept driving around the park reving up his engine. This park would be ok if you just wanted a place to spend the night then leave in the morning.

Cleanliness of the bathhouse rest rooms, courtesy of the staff., ease of getting a pull through camp site assigned, and getting into the spot when we arrived. Only hiccup was getting the email with the codes for the wifi and bathhouse. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything worked as far as power, water and sewage, but the parking spots are really tight and campers are right on top of each other. There are train tracks that literally go right through the RV park.

It was Quite the one night we stayed. There sre train tracks that run through as this RV Park is located in an industrial park. We had a full through site. It was easy to get into the spot. Leaving the spot was tight. The pull through is 50ft long. We are 49 ft so leaving we had to ask a few neighbors to move there cars so we could make the turn.

It was a good place to stay while heading to our destination. The score was mostly due to permanent residents and transients and their collective junk in front of their RV’s. The park was not maintained very well.

The campground has mostly long-term campers. Many of them work very early shifts which means vehicles starting/warming up starting at 5 am. There is also a train track running through the middle of the campground. It’s ok for a night or two.
