We really struggled with the hornets in our campsite. We keep a spotless site without any food laying around, but there was 4-6 large black and white hornets that were always milling about our site. I wonder if a nest was close by? It made it very challenging to enjoy being outside. Overall despite the campground being very busy, it was clean and we enjoyed the novelty of having warm water and flush toilets while camping!

Love this campground! The river is amazing, pool was clean and kids loved it. Price very reasonable. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the whole place could use some updating. The public washrooms and showers are kept as clean as possible, however they are very old and appear dirty. I would love to see a Reno and update on these. The park could also use an update. It seemed a bit unsafe and I was nervous letting my 2 year old explore there. Staff very friendly! Hopefully in the next few years some updates will occur as it is a place we return to annually.

Overall good, not excellent. No signage or directions to Office for Check-in. EXTREMELY low branches near exit, could have caused damage to my RV roof. I had to back up, and wait in the Sewer Dump line to exit. Please trim those tree branches at the exit.

Loved the stay at this campsite. Wonderful mountain views and a beautiful river along side the site made for some amazing days during our stay.

This place has gone DOWNHILL since we started going here 10+ years ago. The playground set for the kids is literally falling apart. There's pieces of wood missing where there should be a top step. There's screws sticking out of random spots on the playset. The green walls that are supposed to keep kids inside... almost had our 2 year old fall 6' from the top to the ground. Good thing we can catch a kid mid-air. The bathrooms have tiles falling off them. You can no longer buy hotspring passes here. For what we paid... I'm giving this a 1 out of 5 star. If I paid $45 for the night - then it would be worth maybe another star or two higher. But when you're paying nearly $80 a night... plus an additional "FEE" to "lock your site" (which is ridiculous. You reserve a site.... you shouldn't have to pay extra to be guarnateed "THAT SITE"). Not sure we'll be back. It's been a slice for over 10 years..... but all good things come to an end when they become "not a good thing" anymore.

We had a campsite by the river and had a nice time there so we weren’t affected by the very poor conditions of the campground. We saw it however. It has been completely let go. Everything is rotting, the picnic tables are being eaten by carpenter ants. The ramp and stairs into the office are falling apart. The sign out front which looks like it used to be really nice, is missing a letter.

Nice quiet campground, near Fairmont Hot Spring and just 20 mins drive to lake and Invermere Town.

The showers stalls are falling apart. Tiles in pieces. The pool had to be emptied it turned green so it was not in use. We had a powered site however the power was not working and they didn't send a electrician to fit it. Offered to move us till it was fixed. Then for us to move back to our secured booked site. No thanks too much work for our vacation. The playground needs replaced it is not safe. The site beside ours has water leaking out in massive amounts while attached to the power box "electrical outlet" sure this is a safety issue for potential flooding and or a fire. The view is awesome.
