St. Cloud Campground & RV park Terms & Conditions Welcome! To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all our guests, every registered guest must read, understand and agree to the following policies.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES Min. 2-night stay required on weekends Min. 3-night stay on all holidays Max. 3-night tent stays $20 Lock-In fee guarantees you will not be MOVED 3-14 day notice= full refund minus our $20 cancel fee Less than 3 day’s notice or NO Show=One night’s stay

GUESTS & VISITORS

All guests must register, and display a car pass Visitors must pay a fee is staying overnight or using the pool Daily visitors must leave the park by 10pm Registered guests are responsible for their visitors

CHECK IN & OUT CHECK IN: After 1pm CHECK OUT: Before noon EARLY check in $20 fee and ONLY if the site is ready LATE check out: $20 fee (no later than 3pm)

PET RULES No more than 2 pets per site Dogs must be on a physical leash at all times & never left unattended Excessive barking or aggressive behavior is NOT permitted Breed Restrictions: Rottweilers and Pitbulls are NOT PERMITTED in this campground

TENTS & OCCUPANCY ONE tent is allowed per site for a fee of $35 per night MAX. of 6 people per site Base rate is 2 people per sit extra charge for each additional person over 6 years old

CAMPGROUND RULES

Speed limit 10MPH & NO PASSING

Quiet hours are enforced at 10pm

Keep your campsite clean & orderly please

Dispose of trash please NO trash/cigarette butts in fire pits

NO trash left outside overnight NO clotheslines or hammocks are allowed NO outdoor rugs for long-term stays

NO golf carts or ATVs

NO REFUNDS for early departures

POOL RULES

Pool hours are 10am-9pm weather permitting

Children under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult

NO lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk

WARNINGS & EVICTIONS (Seasonal & Monthly)

3 written warnings= Immediate removal from the park Management may REMOVE ANY guest or visitor for unsafe or disruptive behavior

PLEASE NOTE: This is a PRIVATE campground, management reserves the right to remove any guest or visitor without refund for violating campground policies or behaving in a manner that jeopardizes the safety of others. Illegal drugs, disorderly conduct, fighting, or any threatening behavior will result in immediate eviction St. Cloud Campground & RV Park is not responsible for accidents, injures, theft, or damage to personal property.
