I suspect we came just at beginning of the season - the bathrooms needed a solid sweep, the upkeep was a bit poor. The campground itself is beautiful and a lot of work is going into the beach; lots of people come to enjoy the space. Unfortunately for us, our only neighbors had a 2 hour yelling and swearing fight from their tent from 11pm to 1am, and then we were woken up by folks who seem to own their spot, also yelling at each other (before 8am). That was disappointing. Lovely folks running the office and were very helpful. Hopefully our experience with ignorant people isn't a common one here.
