The lady was very rude both on the phone and in person. You have to pay for a campsite and then you also have to pay to park down by the beach. No signs saying where to go either but angry when we asked about it. We will never be returning. Ridge the owners are very pleasant.

Perfect location with everything I need

Very friendly people

I suspect we came just at beginning of the season - the bathrooms needed a solid sweep, the upkeep was a bit poor. The campground itself is beautiful and a lot of work is going into the beach; lots of people come to enjoy the space. Unfortunately for us, our only neighbors had a 2 hour yelling and swearing fight from their tent from 11pm to 1am, and then we were woken up by folks who seem to own their spot, also yelling at each other (before 8am). That was disappointing. Lovely folks running the office and were very helpful. Hopefully our experience with ignorant people isn't a common one here.

The woman and her husband went extra mile to let us in even if we came very late. The place is jist new so there will be a lot of oportunities for improvement but the customer service is great. Amenities are good. Nice hot shower, privacy as the campsites are not too close to each other. We will go back if we have a chance. The smell of the air is nit just great, maybe because of cattle farms around the area. Hopefully fishing will be allowed in the future.

Its very well kept. Clean beach. Clean camping spots

This was a great pit stop on our way across the provinces ... a beautiful lake thats bigger then you'd expect , good sized campsites that are pet friendly with picnic table + fire pit and friendly staff .

So friendly, accommodating and the whole campground is respectful and clean! Yvonne was super kind and flexible, we’ll definitely stay again or try snd rent a lot next year❤️

Campground and beach area are great. Lack of enforcement of quiet time, not so much. Generators. Excellent value for price

Everything was great except the weather

Nice place. Enjoyed our stay. Very good boat launch and boardwalk. Lots of shady spots under the trees to picnic on the grass. If anything site D5 could be a bit more level. But all in all, we really enjoy coming to Stafford.

We love this resort. We have been coming for 2-3 weeks every year and it keeps getting better! Love our spot Very well maintained property! The managers and workers are simply top notch!! Thanks for a wonderful camping experience! See you in 2025!

Booked a campsite for long weekend at Stafford Lake. Had plot D4. There is no electric at these pitches and there was not a flat ground for the tent. The lake itself is beautiful. We loved the volleyball courts but due to some water or other liquid running down from the RV sites above they were a bit of a swamp and washing away. Toilet facilities are portaloos with two rental loos nearby. Showers are dirty and not clean and on Saturday morning some delightful man decided to take a crap in the shower. Absolutely vile! Poor camper on the next site had to clear it away and hose the shower room out. Also nowhere to dry your hairs in the showers. Hot Dawg stall had delicious ice creams but was only open Saturday. Some campers had music blasting until 2am behind us and generators on RV’s running all night. Very much a party lake. The beach is a mixture of mud and sand but still great to use. I think with a little more care and attention it could be a beautiful site. Mainly the hygiene. Overall we had a good weekend x
