Refund Policy

Please be intentional when making your reservation. Below is our refund policy. Please review carefully before booking.

• Reservations may be cancelled thirty (30) days BEFORE the arrival date at no penalty and receive a full refund of funds paid on the reservation.
• Reservations cancelled less than thirty (30) days but more than 14 days before arrival will be charged a cancellation charge of 50% of paid funds when booking the reservation.
• A no-show will result in a reservation cancellation and a 100% cancellation fee of all funds paid. Same-day cancellations may be eligible to receive credit for a future stay as long as the park is contacted on the arrival date.
• Camp/user credit is not transferable between guests and will expire after one year.
