Lodging:
No smoking in unit at any time. If a guest does smoke in the unit you will automatically be charged $200 fee.
Pets must be declared before booking, and kept on a leash and cleaned up after at all times.
If you sleep downstairs, please use linens provided in the drawer and do not tear up the bed as it is a challenge to make .
If you have a pet, there is a $35 pet fee. Make sure you select “pet “when booking so that you will be charged the pet fee.
All pet hair must be removed , if not, the charge will be $50 per hour for removal.
Outside of the unit, all pets must be on a leash in the camping area.
There is plenty of open land to run the pets on without a leash over to the left in the back of the field.
Pets not allowed to be tied outside unattended.
We gladly consider a late check out, whenever possible,
With that being said, please send us a text when leaving, so that we can
go down and collect the linens, and start getting ready for the next guest.
Trash
There is a couple of trash cans inside the unit, there is a dumpster at the corner on the right when you drive into the campground, please put your trash in the dumpster on your way out. Please fold large boxes before placing them in the dumpster.
RV and Tent Sites:
TENANT agrees to follow all Park rules. NO PUBLIC DISPLAY OF ALCOHOL. NO DRUGS.
Rates include two adults. Additional people will be subject to an extra fee.
We are not to be held responsible for accidents of any kind. We are not responsible for any kind of damage to your property or vehicle, you must carry your own insurance.
We are not responsible for the safety of your pets, pets cannot be tied outside, they must be leashed and cleaned up after. Aggressive breeds of dogs will not be allowed.
NO CAMPFIRES. NO HUNTING. Legal fishing is OK. Rowboat, canoe, trolling motor OK, but we are not responsible for accidents resulting from the inherent risks of these sports.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE HAVE ALLIGATORS, SNAKES, ETC IN THE WETLANDS, enjoy these areas at your own risk. We do not want the game and wildlife killed off the property, we want it to be a sanctuary for them. We are all about protecting the nature that we are stewards of here, please do not work on vehicles, change your oil, or any other activity that would disturb our wildlife or vegetation. We have a Game Warden who enjoys coming out, please call him if the alligator bothers you.
DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN or pets unattended anywhere on the property, especially near the water.
PLEASE do not drive on the hayfields, stay on the lanes and paths. No three or four wheelers, quiet golf carts only, please. Please keep the outside of your space neat and clean, for the courtesy of others.
If you are you staying one month or longer, you need to hookup via PVC sewer and not a temporary hose.
At this time, we are including your electric and water, to help us keep our rates low, please don't waste them.
