Statesville RV Park I-77 — Reviews

We used this as a one-night stopover and it was perfect. This is a former KOA, which is how it is listed on Google Maps. The sites were level and spacious. The campground is about 10 minutes from downtown Statesville where we went for a bite to eat.

Good spot.

Statesville is our favorite stay over spot on our way to and from Florida. It is clean quiet, has a great do park and close to the highway. The people who run it are nice and very helpful.

The person I interacted with upon check in was very rude. It is a pretty nice campground. Most spots are paved but not very level. It is quiet with the exception of the Interstate traffic. It works for an overnight stay. I'd give it 3 or even 4 stars if the people were nice and friendly. I've been full time for 18 months and this was the worst service experience I've had so far.

That was our second time there, everything is always clean quiet and a very nice park.

Only stayed one night and it was in and out because of traveling. But looked pleasant and the staff was very friendly.

It was only over night but it was off the highway really quick and the sites were paved.

This is a very tired place. I understand there are relatively new owners, and they are doing renovations. It is not a great place to stay more than a quick overnight.

The people in the office were very friendly. The park was pretty and well kept. But the paved pad was so crooked that we needed extra boards to get anywhere near level.

Everything was fine. Stayed there a couple times. Convenient location.
