Terms & Conditions      

Stay Wilder Campground (Shearrow Family LLC)                   

General: 

  1. Check-in for campsites begins at 2:00 pm, check-out is no later than 12:00 pm. Check-in for cabins begins at 3:00 pm and check-out is no later than 11:00 am.  

  2. Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.

  3. All campers and visitors must register upon entering the park.  

  4. Children must always be accompanied by an adult while in the park. 

  5. No smoking in any building, including the cabins and cabin front porches. Smoking in any of these areas will result in a fee charged to the credit card on file.

  6. Firecrackers, Fireworks, or Explosives are NOT allowed in the park. Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits. 

  7. The discharge of firearms is not allowed on the premises.

  8. Trash must be placed in the dumpster. Do not leave trash at your site. 

  9. Alcohol consumption by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Excessive consumption of alcohol, unruly behavior and/or use of profanity is cause for expulsion from the park without refund.

Pets: 

  1. Always pick up after your pet. Pet waste must be picked up IMMEDIATELY, wrapped up and placed in the trash.  

  2. All pets must be kept on a leash and under the owner’s control at all times when outside campers and cabins.

  3. Pets are not allowed in any buildings except for cabins. Cabin renters are financially responsible for any damage or additional cleaning resulting from pets, based on the Stay Wilder Campground (Shearrow Family LLC) sole discretion.     

  4. Pets should not disturb other campers, and dogs should not be allowed to bark continuously.  

  5. Pets should not be left unattended at sites or in the dog park, and the pet owner will be held responsible for any injury or damage caused by the pet.

Weather

  1. Please keep track of changing weather during your stay and keep any loose items from potentially blowing around during a storm.

Our Trees:    

  1. Please respect the trees. Do not cut, bend, or drive nails into the trees.  Anyone caught doing so will be fined $100 or more depending on the seriousness of the offense. 

Vehicles: 

  1. The Speed Limit is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced.  

  2. Please do not wash your car or RV in the park. 

  3. Do not drive or park on the grass, patios, or empty sites. Two vehicles allowed per site. 

  4. Additional utility trailers, boats, ATVs can be parked in a designated area for an additional fee but cannot be parked at the site.  Please see park manager to get arrangements.   

Sites: 

  1. Clotheslines, space heaters, window unit air conditioners, outside refrigerators, and freezers are not allowed. Please keep your site neat and clean. 

  2. We recommend you use a pressure regulator on water hose connections. 

Water Spigot: 

There is a potential for freezing temperatures in the winter months. Be aware of the temperature. You are responsible for protecting the water spigot from freezing.  You have the option of using heat tape and insulation wrap OR turn off the water spigot AND DISCONNECT your water hose and pressure regulator from the water spigot. If you fail to do this and the water spigot freezes and must be replaced, you will be charged $250. 

 

I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Stay Wilder Campground (Shearrow Family LLC), its owners, affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Stay Wilder Campground (Shearrow Family LLC) property, facilities, amenities (collectively, the Premises) and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; flooding; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs; ice; or encounters with wildlife, and any damage that may occur by fire, theft, vandalism, water or land-related accidents, natural events or any other occurrences or mishaps. 

I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE and HOLD HARMLESS Stay Wilder Campground (Shearrow Family LLC), and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage, compensation, or cost (including attorney fees) they may incur due to physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any damage or loss of property relating to use of the Premises by me, my children, and/or invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although Stay Wilder Campground (Shearrow Family LLC) makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons in my party is my sole responsibility. 

I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation prior to my scheduled check-in date, or at such earlier date communicated to me. If I fail to pay the total due, I agree that Stay Wilder Campground (Shearrow Family LLC) may charge any remaining balance (in addition to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with my reservation. Any amounts due after 30 days will be subject to the maximum late charge permitted under state law. 

The Premises are privately owned and Stay Wilder Campground (Shearrow Family LLC) RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law. Stay Wilder Campground (Shearrow Family LLC) reserves the right to require any person or party it deems necessary, to leave the premises based on violations of the Park Guidelines/Terms and Conditions or any behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others. Harassment or mistreatment of our staff or other guests will not be tolerated under any circumstances.  

On behalf of each person in my party, I grant Stay Wilder Campground (Shearrow Family LLC) and its affiliated entities and promotional partners the right to include any photographic, video, and other visual portrayals of each person in my party in any medium and for any purpose. 

Acknowledgement: By signing below, I have read and agree, and shall cause my children, invitees, and guests, to abide by the Park Guidelines and Terms & Conditions, including those rules and policies published at www.staywildercampground.com, posted at the premises or otherwise communicated in any manner by Stay Wilder Campground (Shearrow Family LLC).  I clearly understand the terms and voluntarily sign this agreement. I have also discussed this with all persons in my party and they have authorized me to sign this agreement on their behalf.
