Steel Creek Park Campground offers camp sites for tent camping, camp sites for RV camping and many activities on the property for all ages to have fun outdoors! On-site activities include a water slide, fishing, hiking, swimming and beach area, picnics and miniature golf.

    Special Event Primitive Sites

    Special Event Primitive Camping is available for two select events in 2026: Table Rock Ultras – September 19, 2026 Creek To The River Ride- In Memory of Dick Loven- Dual Sport & Adventure Ride – October 17–18, 2026 Camping is located in a large open field with sites available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must reserve and pay for a primitive camping site in advance, but individual spots within the field are not assigned. These are primitive sites with no water, sewer, or electric hookups, so guests should come prepared for dry camping. A great option for event participants & spectators who want to stay right on property for the event.

    Beautiful place to stay right on the creek. When we arrived the power wasn’t working for our reserved spot, so we sat up in the one next to it for the night. The next day someone came out and fixed the power and we had to move our camper over because someone had rented the spot we were in. Campground had vendors come in and set up on Saturday and some food trucks as well. They gave out the ingredients for s’mores on Saturday night for the kids. Overall great quiet place right on the water with very friendly staff.

    Internet was not very good at all and when the weekend came around you can forget it! Had a security light that kept the camper lit up at nite,no TV at all but they do have some DVDs, the swimming pool was closed for the season. We were told if we called it in before 4:45 during the week we could order a pizza we tried that also to no avail campfire wood $7.00 a bundle and it was wet, we won't be going back that's for sure. Wasn't worth $75.00 a night,would not recommend to anyone.
