Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so online at tumblehill.com or email us at tumblehill@yahoo.com or call 585-384-5248 before the deadline listed below to receive your reservation refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee. Text notifications of cancellation is not acceptable.

• 7 day cancellation notice is required for all RV and Tent Sites. Notify Tumble Hill Campground by 5 p.m. seven days before your scheduled arrival. Reservation amount will be refunded, minus a $20 cancellation fee. Less than 7 day notice will result in no refund issued.
• 14 Day cancellation notice is required for all Cabin and Trailer Rentals. Notify Tumble Hill Campground by 5 p.m. 14 days before your scheduled arrival. Reservation amount will be refunded, minus a $20 cancellation fee. Less than 14 day notice will result in no refund issued.
• Refunds will not be provided due to mother nature.  Campspot (our vendor that handles the reservation software) offers weather insurance.
• Early departures will not receive a refund.
