Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CAMP CREDIT POLICY:

Cancellation of daily or weekly reservations (site or rentals) outside of 14 days prior to arrival will result in a fee of $10.00 Cancellation of daily or weekly reservations inside 14 days of arrival will result in a fee of $60.00

Cancellation of monthly or longer reservations (site or rentals) outside 30 days of arrival will result in a fee of $10.00. Cancellation of monthly or longer reservations inside 30 days of arrival will result in a fee of 15 nights plus a $10.00 administration fee.

Cancellation within (72 hours) of any reservation (site or rental) arrival day results in no refund.

If ANY of your pre-paid money is moved to a "Camp Credit" to use for a future stay or in the camp store- this money will expire 1 year from the date the money was moved and is non transferrable. They cannot be moved more than 1 time.  We will keep $60 for each site or rental as a cancellation fee if within 72 hours of reservation. No exceptions. This money will not be able to be used for a future stay or in the camp store if it expires. Make sure to keep up with your dates and let us know in the office if you are using camp credit. Camp credits cannot be used online while making a reservation. If you use a camp credit to pay for a new reservation, this cannot be moved and is non transferrable.

“Store credits” granted from discounts must be used during your stay. They will expire after you check out.

Stonebridge Holiday reservations do not receive any REFUND at any time. 

HOLIDAYS INCLUDE: EASTER WEEKEND, MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, INDEPENDENCE DAY TIMEFRAME, LABOR DAY WEEKEND AND STONEBRIDGE HALLOWEEN WEEKEND (10/24 and 10/25 2025, 10/30 and 10/31 2026). We do allow money paid to be put in a camp credit good from one year of date of cancellation only. We will keep $60 as a cancellation fee. You can also change your dates of reservation if needed. No refunds. If you use a camp credit to pay for a new reservation, this cannot be moved and is non transferrable.

Refunds and credits are PROHIBITED for weather conditions. Our resort is in the Mountains. It rains sometimes. We have all four seasons of weather.  Refunds and credits are PROHIBITED FOR EARLY DEPARTURE and acts of nature or eviction.
