TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY

  • Check-in at the campground office is required prior to going to a campsite.

  • Check in time begins at 12 p.m.; Check-in after 8 p.m. is not permitted.

  • Check-out is by 11 a.m.; Late check-out may be permitted, but you must contact the office first.

  • Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. - 7 a.m.

  • Reservations for Camping Clubs (over 10 campers).

  • No generators.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

  • Guests assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Sturgis RV Park harmless from and indemnify Sturgis RV Park against the same.

  • The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

  • We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

  • All guests must register in the office upon arrival.

  • No charcoal grills or wood burning fires are allowed.

  • Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.

  • Tents, blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside of any RV or Cabin site.

  • Washing RV's or vehicles on property is not allowed unless done by a professional company.

  • Clotheslines are not allowed.

  • Guests may not hang any items from the trees.

  • All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

  • Campsites must be left clean after use. Backflow Preventers need to stay on the water spigots, if removed we will charge a $10.00 fee.

  • All trash is to be disposed of in the trash cans located throughout the park.

  • DO NOT leave trash out overnight.

  • All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.

Pets

  1. Pet waste must be disposed of in the trash cans located in the designated sections.

  2. Pick up after your pets. We have bag dispensers available through out the park.

Safety

  1. Please observe the posted 10 MPH speed limit through out the park

Cancellation Policy

  1. A refund of all but the one night deposit will be issued for cancellations that are made at lease seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations that are made less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive no refund.

  2. No refunds will be issued for early departures, late arrivals, or for cancellations that are made on the scheduled arrival date.

Rally Reservation Terms Of Agreement:

  1. When you make a rally reservation, payment is due in full.'

  2. If you change the size and/or type of your RV - we need to be informed. If you do not inform us, we may not have a site that accommodates your rig when you arrive. (1) RV per site, no tents on sites.'

  3. If everything you bring other than your RV (bike trailers, motorcycle, truck/car) DOES NOT fit on your site, we will try to place it elsewhere in our park OR you may need to purchase a permit from the city to park in their lot.

  4. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, ROLLOVERS TO A FOLLOWING YEAR, OR TRANSFERS TO ANOTHER PARTY. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

  5. If you do not arrive on your scheduled date and you do not inform us that you have been delayed or your plans changed, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED and all payments will be forfeited.

Rally reservations are based on (2) people for an RV site and (4) people for a cabin. Additional people staying with you will need to purchase a wristband, cash only, at the following rates:

$25/day

$100/5 days

$150/10 days

NOTE: Check out time on Friday and Wednesday during the Rally is 10:00 am.

Check in time is NOON.

ASSIGNED SITE IN THIS CONFIRMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE PARK.

You are agreeing to the above terms and conditions and your reservation is complete once you make your payment and electronically return this confirmation to us. Please reply to the email - type the words "I agree to the terms in this email" - then send. If you have questions or are not in agreement to the above terms, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your confirmation at 605-720-1501 or 605-490-4117 and we will refund your payment and cancel your reservation. After 24 hours, all payments will be forfeited.

NO CHECK INS AFTER 8pm.

There are NO REFUNDS.

Pre Rally is the week prior to the actual Rally. We charge a non-refundable booking fee of $90.00 (1 nights stay) that will apply to your stay with us. If you cancel any time prior to your stay we keep the booking fee. There are NO REFUNDS.
