Cancellation Policy

Please read the full Cancellation Policy carefully.

We do not give credit or refunds due to the weather. Our Cancellation Policy varies depending on how soon in advance of the reservation date you give cancellation notice:

Two or more weeks (14+ days) in advance of your scheduled reservation: Refund minus $30 cancellation fee OR full refund issued as Camp Credit.

One to two weeks (7-13 days) in advance of your scheduled reservation: 50% of reservation price issued as Camp Credit and 50% of reservation price forfeited.

Less than one week (0-6 days): Full reservation cost forfeited.

Early departures will not be refunded. Minimum of 7 day notice required before checkout for long-term monthly guests in order to receive a full deposit refund.

Reservation Change Policy:

Changes to your reservation arrival or departure dates made outside of the cancellation window of two or more weeks will result in a one-time courtesy change. Every change made thereafter will be charged a $15 service fee. Guests are responsible for any difference in seasonal rates based on the change in booking dates. Changes made to decrease occupancy that result in a credit owed will be issued as Camp Credit. Camp Credit does not have an expiration date.

Reservation arrival or departure dates changed within the window to incur cancellation penalties are subject to site availability and will incur a $15 service fee.
