Summit was great. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Facilities were clean. Sites could have been weed-eated and mowed prior to the weekend, but not a huge deal. The only complaint I had is when we arrived, there was someone parked in our site from the site next to it. The person who lives in the site next to our original site had a dog fence that encroached right up to the electrical pole of the site we were supposed to be in. Staff allowed us to move as they were not full for the weekend, which was great. There are multiple people living in the park, which is fine, but they should isolate live-ins to one area and the weekend vacationers to another area. There is an area where most sites are taken by live-ins, and it is pretty cluttered and an eyesore. It's unfortunate because this park is great. Most parks have a "standard" for these areas and I just feel like summit needs to re-think their standards.
