Great location, great staff and a really nice community. The sites are a good size. The event planner is awesome. Her enthusiasm at events are a lot of fun. Great stay again at a Sun Outdoor Rv Resort. This is our third stay and it keeps getting better!

Wish we would have been able to stay longer. We were there one day went to the office my paperwork was ready. Was shown to my site and helped hooked up. Shown where the bathroom was and where to watch the sunset…

I was good there ,I feeling like at my house

The campground is clean and very well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpfull. The downside is the amenities. The dog park is very small and not fenced. There is no cable for tv. The wifi is spotty and not usable for streaming. Upgraded wifi is available at an additional cost. There is no onsite store.

Everything was great except the smell from the sewage treatment facility was overpowering for two days.

The resort was really nice. Loved the sunsets every night. But unfortunately the smell from the water treatment plant at the campground next door was overwhelming at times. Otherwise the location to restaurants and beaches was really good. Sites were a bit tight.

Convenient, clean sites & bathrooms. Dog wash station was a bonus.

The facilities themselves are quite nice. There are a few factors that will make us not return to this property. First, the sewer smell…. Comes and goes but not pleasant, apparently from the water treatment facility next door so not going to change. Secondly, The way the sites are laid out, zero privacy when sitting outside. …I understand keys campgrounds are tight but this was uncomfortable. Finally, the van right next to us had no sewer hookup and would dump his Porto potty by hand into his sewage drain every couple days literally a couple feet from our picnic table. We were told by other neighbors that they are seasonal long term visitors year after year. I can’t believe this is legal but regardless, it was unacceptable.

Everything was wonderful! Amenities, sites, location, staff, 10/10

We were supposed to stay for 2 weeks. We left as soon as possible. Rotting seaweed in the marina area that has been there for a while. The boat ramp filled with seaweed. Disgusting experience! They don t clean up their marina area at all!

Excellent site and wonderful people.

It’s in a nice location but the sites are very small. We have a travel trailer and was amazed to see the Class A’s and 5th Wheels. Kiddos to them for parking them in some of the back in sites.

Beautiful location with a great atmosphere! Well maintained and the staff is professional and very helpful!

Sun Outdoors was a friendly place to stay. From Devin helping us get in and setting up Wifi to all the campers we spoke with, I would recommend Sun Outdoors Marathon as a go to stay in the Keys!

Staff was very kind and helpful. Campground is very clean and well taken care of. Quiet spacious sites …. The pool was wonderful! Will definitely stay again.
